Madison County Schools Employee Trainings 22-23
Please follow the directions below to sign-up and complete your required training for the 22-23 school year:

Go to www.madison.kyschools.us

Click on “Staff” on the left-hand side of the page

Click on “Frontline”
-
Sign-in to your Frontline account by entering your username and password, then click on “Sign In with Frontline ID”. (If you have issues signing in please contact Gina McCollum using the contact information below)

Once you are signed in click on “Professional Growth”

Click on “Activity Catalog” on the left-hand side of the page, then click “District Catalog”
Certified Employees- If you are a certified employee type “certified” in the “search term” box and then click “search”. Certified employees are employees that are in a position that requires a teaching certificate. Then click on “School Certified Staff Compliance Trainings 2022-23”.
Classified Employees- If you are a classified employee type “classified” in the “search term” box and then click “search”. Classified employees are employees that are in a position that does not requires a teaching certificate. Then click on “School Classified Staff Compliance Trainings 2022-23”.

Next, click on the blue “Sign-up Now” button

Next, click on “Learning Plan” on the left-hand side

Click on the small blue “Manage” button next to the training you just registered for

Then click “Launch Activity”

Here you will see all of the required trainings that the state requires (click on “Launch” to begin each training). A couple of the trainings are documents for you to view. The others are videos. Please be sure to watch the entire video or the system will not recognize that it has been fully completed.
Important Information
Please be sure to watch every second of each video or the system will not recognize the completion of the training
We DO NOT need you to print a certificate of completion at the end of any training. We will have a record of your completion online when you are finished.
